Developing Pool as a place for conversations involves talking and listening.
I went to Melbourne's RMIT recently to discuss Pool with some of the teachers and students in a networked media class. Seth Keen is one of the lecturers, he made some notes and has blogged them here.
Thinking through the Pool development process is great for the project, and so is input from external perspectives.
