This slideshow is shown every night except Saturday, from 7.30-8pm at Federation Square, Melbourne, until October 10 (extended season!).

The images come from Pool and 360's City Nights project, and are credited within the slideshow.

There is no sound in the slideshow as sound doesn't work effectively in the noisy environment that is Federation Square.  The 13 minute length also reflects the presentation - at Fed Square it was looped twice.  This slideshow will also be on display on the big screen at Marysville for several months this year.

    Fed Square has had some

    Fed Square has had some problems with technology of late, not to mention the rule of footy ... and so City Nights has had patchy screening. In addition to extending the season to October 10 or thereabouts, they are also putting on a special screening says Christie, of Fed Square:

    We are running City Nights on both screens from 6:30pm and 8:00pm Thursday October 1st. This will be a one off special extended screening with one of our staff members present to make absolutely sure that it plays. We will be playing off DVD so that we don’t rely on our scheduler, which is still acting up every now and then. I thought you could advertise this to your artists who have missed out so far.

    Hi all, just to let you know

    Hi all,
    just to let you know there are some scheduling things to look out for if you're hoping to catch City Nights before it closes at Fed Square...

    Thursday 17th: 7:30pm, 7pm in Atrium
    Friday 18th : 7:30pm
    Saturday 19th : 7pm due to Football starting at 7:30pm
    Sunday 20th : 7:30pm, and 7pm in Atrium
    Monday 21st - Wednesday 23th: 7:30pm
    Thursday 24th: Scheduled to 7:30 but may be bumped due to football
    Friday 25th: As scheduled but may be bumped out due to Football event - Roy and HG live on stage
    Saturday 26th : Not playing due to AFL Grand Final celebrations
