Shamai 12, Jerusalem - this is my street - at least it was when I lived in Jerusalem. This video is made using Isadora - the text is initially played out in order, then randomly displayed. I made the controller in Isadora for this. It's then recorded live, so each time the video is played, it's different.

thanks Bridget! I just told him 'no thanks, I'm meeting my boyfriend' though I wasn't. it happened a few times (& in other countries too), especially if I stood too long in one spot. this was nov 2007 so I was almost 37! I have to remember to keep the camera/audio recorder rolling for longer as these things always happen when I'm not recording! I still don't like getting dodgy propositions on the street though (at any age). I'm back in sydney now though have traveled for work for past 5 years. hopefully here till end of year - it's nice to be home again. I made this video for one of the videoblogging projects NaVloPoMo 2007 - where we had to make a video each day in November. (I did it in 2008 too, though they tend to all look the same or have the same theme now that I look back on them! especially when I don't use Isadora)

Sometimes I wonder why I skirt around the issue too, when I'm getting my material together to report, instead of going straight to the right people. What did you say to the man? You poor thing!!!
