A bit about me…
Paul is a Part Time Lecturer in Animation at the VCA School of Film & Television(.Paul teaches across a broad range of digital animation tools and is interested in integrating traditional craft approaches with these new tools. ) Paul recently completed his Masters in Animated Film Research, Narrative and Abstraction in Digital Cinema. In March
2005 Paul presented "The shifting intersection of abstract and concrete forms in digital media " at QUT "Speculation and Innovation Conference".
Paul has spent many years working in animated and experimental moving image and sound design. He continues his own art practice , often working under the name of Digital Compost. His short films have been shown on local television, local and international Film Festivals and Gallery Exhibitions. Paul has also worked in the Artist in Schools Program producing animation and multimedia work "A tale of two schools" , available online and at ACMI. "Professor Tuan-Theres a Party in the leaf litter" was a 2006 Artist In Schools Project also involving a local landcare group.

Hidden Creatures 2010_ Easter Animated Audio and Video Sculpture Installation with real live arborists swinging from the trees.
