Two anthologys of the poems from the primary school children have been published .
My own poetry has been included in an anthology recently published by Friends Of ABC Poets Corner .

My short stories have been published in Ireland since 1987 .
One of my plays The Snow Fairy has been performed in Australia .
One of My stories entitled Camping In Caves has been used by the education department in Israel to teach English to teeneage children .

A bit about me…

I came to Australia from Northern Ireland in 1972 .
As a writer no one has control over that part of my life and so everything I have been creating is from me and the personal experiences I have been through .

Free from violence and hatred here in Australia new horizons for me as a writer opened up .
It is part of my everyday life in a passionate way.

As a writer my poetry has been published in Australia Today and with the ABC in Down The Road With Macca .
One of my short stories won best Regional Short Story Open Award at the 1995 Bauhina Literary Awards I am a full Writer Certificate Member Australian Performing Arts ,(APRA) also I am certified Author Full Member Copyright Agency Limited (CAL).
A song I wrote entitled Lost Sons Of Erin recently won first prize In The World Category 2008 Billboard Song Contest in the USA . The song was a collaboration between myself and Robert and Wendy O'Hearn who have recoreded the song on their Sonicarious CD.
I have just found the members of Pool and have been greatly encouraged by them .
