A bit about me…
There are two main threads emerging to my work - interactive projections and digital storytelling. The interactive projections have mostly been in association with Y Space (www.yspace.com.au) and are used in shows in conjunction with shadow and aerial dancers. Earlier this year I spent three months putting together "Long time wet, long time dry", a 45 minute digital storytelling and shadow puppetry performance chronicling the wet and dry times in the Wimmera, working with the Wimmera Catchment Management Authority and Mary French (shadow puppets). I have just finished an Artists in Schools residency with Roxburgh Homestead PS, which I shared with Nick Kallincos. We worked with Grade 6 students helping them to make digital stories of their parent's or grandparent's lives, using interviews, stills and whiteboard animation. I enjoy combining a wide range of skills and techniques to make fun and meaningful multimedia. I've just started making documentary on the history of Australian rockclimbing.
