Found Footage!

Christmas 2009 feature on VideoChannel

According to [Wikipedia] -->

"Found footage is a filmmaking term which describes
a method of compiling

films partly or entirely of footage which has not been
created by the

filmmaker, and changing its meaning by placing it in a
new context. The

term refers to the "found object" (objet
trouvé) of art history."

VideoChannel is looking for some excellent films and
videos using "found

footage" as a relevant component of the film/video
making

which are planned to form also the basis for FFF (Found
Footage Film)

collection.

For the online feature in December and later physical
screenings, however,

is most relevant,

that no authors rights are violated by the creator using
"found footage".
