Forum post: Creative Archive release by Hong Kong's public broadcaster
The public broadcast station in Hong Kong, Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) has started releasing their archive under Creative Commons licences.

It is part of the 'Liberal Studies Creative Archive' that Creative Commons Hong Kong has put together.
They have more than 150 videos, audio bits and photos, and 6 articles - but some might overlap.
Initially for displaying in classrooms, it's all No Derivatives.
