Rusty, your work is so evocative of share houses, good friendships and happy times. It's great that you captured the halcyon days of 'The Pack' and the dogs, before the onset of eviction notices, poor Shredder's arthritis and the scattering of the Pack. Keep making music, making radio and telling stories that bring it all to our ears!

This is a lovely audio story about life, friendship and dogs. You've woven music, voice and sounds very effectively to convey why you like living there. I love the sound of the dogs licking the plates.

I read Claudia's comments and thought, "goodness. Dogs licking plates! There's a sound i'd never thought to record. I must listen to that." And disgustingly enjoyable it was.
Don't worry - you're nowhere near middle age yet. There'll be lots of roaming free and enjoying life, even sharing, still to come.
You created such a sense of the bond between all of you (including the dogs) and the bond with your neighbours, it was a very moving story. Lovely stuff!
Thanks
nicole
