Volleyball went all through
Volleyball went all through term 1. We played finals on the last day of term. Now we have Basketball on thursdays and we will be starting Saturday Footy next week.

It started when one of the students asked to borrow a ball and net, then cut some long poles and built a court in the park. Everybody turned out for a game. Our class decided to make a proper tournament as a Health project. We wrote letters and secured support and some funding for trophies and prizes.

Our Volleyball started a lot of talk about sport and rec and now we have a part time sport and rec officer and support staff working for council.

This is fantastic hearing
This is fantastic hearing about the role volleyball plays in the community. What an achievement to run such a successful program.
I'm interested to know how long the program has been going for, and why and how it all started.
Also that's a beautiful picture as well. Is that where you train?
