The manifestation of one’s individuality is something that is constantly questioned within the social space. Despondent inhibitions may construe a person’s true nature, resulting in a composition consisting of two parts, or a dual identity. The surface is not always a true indication of the loneliness that subsides beneath those inviting eyes and raises the question, is this the person, or merely a representative of what you project on this being?

In Guise explores the divide between what is perceived and what is the person, placed in front of an urban period that is between sunset and sunrise. It is also part of a greater project from the third year RMIT University students for The Night Air surrounding the theme of Isolation.
