In 2OO6 the world was slapped in the face with a controversial comedy
that exposed  ignorance and arrogance that runs through the social
environment of western communities. Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan featuring
Sacha Baron Cohen, was highlighted by it's energetic music, filled with
Romanian Gypsy influence and a mock version of the Kazahkstan National
Anthem. This mock Anthem composed by Erran Baron Cohen ,may have been
over looked, although well known and widely seen as a  complete show of
disrespect to the Kazahkstani Nation, the anthem plays on the ignorance
and lack of knowledge that exists with in the USA, as for them this
particular piece of music may well have been the real Kazahkstani
Anthem.

In mid June this year Sacha Baron Cohen will be releasing a new
film that exposes the existing prejudices that heterosexual men hold
against the gay community. Once again Sacha's brother Erran Baron Cohen
has come through with a musical score that drives the movie forward and
entertains the ear.

I spoke with Erran about his journey through music, and the
experiences he has enjoyed along the way to becoming a Hollywood Film
Composer.
