it takes is one simple signifier to trigger a memory. Good or bad, all it takes
is one little thing. Sometimes it can be nice to sit back and indulge a little
bit in fond memories of the past, or be reminded of a lesson learnt from a
previous experience. But there are also times where our memories serve as a
menace of brooding anger or frustration that our negative feelings and
influences conjure up to be a lot worse than the remembered event and the
result is an overload of heartburn and possible break down or eruption of rage.
‘Sharing is Caring’ will take you on a journey from thinking about memories, to
the avalanche of over thoughts- to a possible cure. Enjoy.
